Usilappan Enterprise has been successfully conducting coaching and tuition classes for the Direct Final Examinations of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia since 2006 with one to two intakes each year.
We have helped more than 65 students to pass these exams from 2006 to 2015. This is outstanding record for any private organization to do. The examinations are conducted once a year and it is an external examination.
We are the accredited provider for such classes for The Royal Institution of Surveyors.

We are now known as USILAPPAN ACADEMY SDN BHD to reflect our deep and ongoing interest in real estate education.
To ensure that students benefit from our classes we have a pool of practitioners and academicians to help us do the coaching.
We have also brought our fees down to a reasonable fee of RM1,000 per subject

Our classes are conducted every Saturday from 1400 hours to 1830 hours comprising 2 subjects of 2 hour duration each for ten weeks. We will mainly concentrate on passing examinations.
