REAL ESTATE LICENCE NEW CLASSES 2012

We have just begun our new classes for 2012. Most of our older students may not be aware that we have begun classes early this year so that opportunities will be available for more discussions and revisions. The time table is available from muarm@yahoo.com.

For those who missed the last class please come on Saturday 28th July 2012. We will also be holding a preview on the 1st August 2012 from 630 to 800 pm and a repeat on Saturday 4th August 2012 from 1130 to 1230 am.

  4. Dear Dato' Mani, I would just like to say thank you for all your support and guidance for the past 3 years. I have finally passed all 10 direct final examinations! My success would not have been possible without your support and commitment, therefore, I owe you a big THANK YOU!

Do let me know if you need any assistance with upcoming classes. I'm more than happy to help new and prospect students. Cheers.

  5. Real estate licenses are those authorizations issued by a state administration that gives agents and/or brokers the legal ability to represent a home seller or buyer in the process of buying or selling real estate in the United States.

A Real estate agent and/or Real estate broker is required to be licensed when conducting real estate transactions in any of the fifty States of the United States of America (USA), as well as in many countries internationally.

  7. There are many risks in real estate sector like

    Negative cash flow
If your investment fails to generate positive cash flow from the get go and you’re banking on appreciation, you have failed to manage risk. You wouldn’t buy a negative cash flow business so why would you buy real estate this way?

    Tenants
Getting quality tenants is a lot more work than a lot of people think it is. If you don’t know how to attract quality tenants, your rental property can be quickly overrun.
