The year 2011 will see us entering the 5th year of intensive coaching classes for the Direct Final Examinations of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (ISM).
We believe this avenue that we provided has helped lots of eager professionals who wanted to change professions midway; otherwise they will have been miserable in their original jobs with which they have been unhappy with.
Within the 5 years we had more than 100 students studying, most of whom are at various stages of the examinations. We have had a number of new graduates who have passed all the papers and are now waiting to do the Test of Professional Competence (TPC).
We wish to thank all those who have and are going through our portals into the real estate arena. We wish them success.
There have been keen interest from those who want to become Estate Agents but who are not qualified to do the Direct Final Examinations. If you are one of them please drop me a note at my email muarm@yahoo.com so that I can follow up with you.
we also note that there are lots of interest amongst graduates of other discipline who want to become Quantity Surveyors.
